Francisco Gaudencio Lupe Belardo Mañalac,a.k.a Bamboo, he's the former vocalist of the filipino band Rivermaya.After Rivermaya embarked on a US tour, it was at that time that Bamboo decided to stay in Los Angeles, USA . After 5 years staying in the US, he returned to the Philippines and eventually went on to form his own band, bamboo along with another former Rivermaya bandmate, Nathan Azarcon on bass, and teamed up with Ira Cruz on guitars and Vic Mercado on drums from the band Passage.
For me, bamboo is one of the coolest rock icon!because all of his songs has sense especially his hit song tatsulok.i was also structed with his style(lalo n pag nka yapak!lol)and the way he perform and express the song.That's why for me...He's the Man!!!
